Can a New Year's resolution be fulfilled? Start the year with a bright smile!

There are several problems with New Year’s resolutions, one of which is that we usually make them after a few glasses of wine. The problem is that resolutions fade faster than the results of the holiday season: the general (basically mandatory) eating and alcohol consumption violations not only endanger our lines but also the condition of our teeth. And while a few extra pounds can look good, dental plaque and decayed teeth will never be attractive.

The importance of a regular visit

Professional removal of plaque and tartar is recommended at least once, but rather twice a year and after an intense holiday period, it is extremely important that your teeth receive a little extra care and love. Visit the dentist regularly - ideally every six months – for a dental checkup, where not only your teeth, but the condition of the entire oral cavity will be checked. When booking an appointment, you can also sign up for a dental hygiene treatment.
