The new electric car chargers’ installation has started in the garage. In addition to the previously installed chargers, we are planning to build additional Type 2 chargers. Bank Center has already started the construction of the main power line, which will allow the development of an additional 8 charge points ie. 2 per level is planned.The existing electric charging system of the garage is operated by Parkl Kft. The chargers can be used and paid through the Parkl app, which also informs the user about the current state of charge and sends a message when it reaches the 100% charging level.

Refurbishment works in the Bank Center underground garage started last year and it is scheduled to be completed in different stages.
The first phase the renewal of the -2 level smoke and carbon monoxide detector system was carried out. Currently the elevator lobbies are under renovation. The lobbies and the wall surfaces of the garage will be painted, the LED light sources will be replaced along with the wall skirting.
Next year's budget is currently under discussion; on behalf of the Owner's investment, we would like to carry out the complete renovation of the flooring on levels -2 and -3.
In connection with the garage refurbishment, we plan to modernize the garage lighting with motion and presence detectors, including the upgrade of the CCTV system.
