Since its establishment, BetterMore has been operating as a staffing office in the Bank Center, and for the past 10 years, it has been a player in the IT contracting industry. They are not only celebrating their 10th anniversary with a cake but also preparing for significant market expansion plans for this special occasion. We spoke to Gábor Krivánik, the CEO of BetterMore, and Bogáta Zelei, the head of the company's recruitment division, about their ideas and plans.

"From the very beginning, it was important for us to stand out from the competition. I have always been a professional working in the field of IT, so it was clear that the boutique approach, a people-centered mindset, and team spirit would be the guiding principles for my IT contracting business," Gábor recalled as he reminisced about the early steps.

During our conversation, we also discussed why Gábor Krivánik chose the Bank Center as the location for his office. "In our work, it is a fundamental criterion to always strive to be better and surpass others, and this inspired the name BetterMore. The location itself immediately attracted me: I knew precisely that I wanted to realize such a service in the modern yet friendly environment of the Bank Center, located in the heart of downtown with its trees and shady benches. This destination is attractive to both clients and employees, who enjoy coming to work here every day. Moreover," Gábor emphasized, "we can also implement the green concept represented by BetterMore, as not only do we commute to the office by bicycle, but our clients also provide feedback that they choose bicycles or public transportation for their visits, thereby reducing car traffic in the city."

BetterMore's expansion plans are highly ambitious. Equipped with their experience in IT staffing, they are entering the recruitment market, allowing them to not only fulfill the non-tech staffing needs of their existing partners but also handle the recruitment tasks of new clients. This expansion will not only involve an increase in team size but also significant growth in expertise. Therefore, it is a joyful collaboration that Bogáta Zelei joined Gábor Krivánik this year as the leader of the recruitment team, building the new business division.
