This year, the entrance hall of Bank Center once again shines in festive décor. Our tenants and visitors know well that each December, the building transforms into a warm and elegant holiday space.

We are especially proud that our decorations reflect not only aesthetic values but also ourcommitment to sustainability. The wooden figurines that serve as the main visual elements were crafted to last for many years and can be reused even if they are eventually replaced. The same applies to our large Christmas tree in the entrance area, which returns year after year—helping us reduce our environmental footprint.

2025 marks a truly memorable milestone for Bank Center:
this is the year we achieved carbon neutrality, reaching zero CO₂ emissions. Combined with our other sustainability initiatives, this milestone strengthens our position as a pioneer of green values in the office market.
