Based on the experience of the past year, it’s clear: the mechanical modernization of Bank Center has delivered real progress.
As previously reported, the former gas boiler and chiller-based system has been replaced by a two-stage heat pump solution powered by green electricity.

The results:
- Annual energy consumption per square meter decreased from 170–220 kWh/m² to 133 kWh/m²
- This represents more than a 30% improvement in energy efficiency on an annual basis
- All achieved with zero CO₂ emissions
These results clearly demonstrate that sustainable technological solutions provide tangible benefits not only for the environment, but also for building operations.
