THE BUILDING

The building was developed by Olympia and York and designed by the internationally-acclaimed Hungarian architect Dr József Finta. 

The premium office and commercial space occupies approx. 32,000 square meters in four ten-storey towers (Granit, Platina I, Platina II & Citi).

The attractive office block is a modern match for the neighbouring historic buildings such as the National Bank of Hungary, the former Stock Exchange Palace and the Hungarian State Treasury.

ON SITE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE TEAM

The property management is provided by Avestus Real Estate with dedicated on-site management and maintenance team. The property management is available from 7 am to 7 pm from Monday to Friday. True focus is to provide the best in-house property management and maintenance services to the Tenants.
